Stylish Georgian Main Door Apartment

Centrally located in Newtown and easily walkable to old town. The apartment appeared newly renovated and was pristine. Spacious seating areas with a small but functional kitchen. Even though it's right on the street there were wooden shutters and window treatments for privacy. The host was super responsive!

This flat was right in the middle of everything. We loved our time here and our only regret is that we wished we had arranged more time to stay longer. Everything was very modern and newly renovated. It was well decorated and perfect for our family of 3. Special thanks to Marco for being such a wonderful host!

From the moment we were greeted and walked in we felt at home. When I go back to Edinburgh I won’t even consider staying anywhere else. I would HIGHLY recommend if you need a beautiful place that’s centrally located and within walking distance of pretty much all main tourist attractions & restaurants

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was brilliant, and everything we needed was easily accessible. Lots of attention to detail.....somone did a great job designing this place. The smell was amazing......the place was clean. Amazing location as you walk out the door turn right and you see a castle on a hill. We were able to walk to so many attractions. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful flat in a great district. Lots of shopping and good restaurants within walking distance. Cafe across the street to get coffee in the morning. Marco was very responsive and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed the apartment, beautifully decorated, in fantastic condition and in a great neighborhood. Marco was super nice, very quickly responded to our messages and requests and came to meet us at check-in. If we come back to Edinburgh we will stay there again!

The place is absolutely beautiful! The location is amazing. It is walkable to the castle and Victoria Street. The only hiccup was the internet, which did not work. He did give us a password for another one, but it didn’t work very well. That wasn’t a huge problem for us because we were out most of the time or could hotspot off of our phone. Marco was very kind and responsive. He did a great job! We hope to come back soon.

For 1st tier service I’d recommend:Leaving some espresso coffee pods in the unit with a small bottle of milk.Put clothes hooks on the inside of the bedroom cupboard doors.Build set of drawers in the cupboards to hold an opened roll away suitcase on top with drawers below.I couldn’t figure out how to turn the guest bathroom fan on.Marco was terrific.

Amazing property located in the best part of Edinburgh!!! We visit the city several times a year and this stay exceeded all expectations. Short walk to everything we enjoy when in town. Our host was excellent from the time we booked, during check in and when we set off. We will never stay elsewhere. Five Star property

This property was beautifully furnished and noticeably newly remodeled. The location was perfect as we explored both Old Town and New Town not to mention close to local eateries and pubs.Definitely would stay here again.

It is the best Airbnb experience I have ever had. Really glad to meet Marco, such a nice person. The house is locate in castle street, which is walking distance to many restaurants. It is the same as picture shows, quiet comfort and clean. Definitely going to recommend to any friend whoever have plans to come to Edinburgh.

Gorgeous property in an amazing area. All the sites were walkable, we didn’t use an uber at all. Too notch restaurants, coffee shops, pubs all at the door steps while the property was private. The view of the castle from the front was stunning. Marco was the best host, super responsive and helpful. I had to make a change to my dates shortly after booking and he was very accommodating and continued to be excellent to work with. The property was stunning, new, pristine and super clean. Loved our trip and highly recommend this place!

My friends and I had one night in Edinburgh and Marco’s place was a perfect spot for us to navigate the city from. It’s an absolutely beautiful apartment, newly converted and renovated from an old office building. It was a great home base to explore the old town and west end from. Marco was a great host and made sure everything was taken care of, greeting us when we arrived, and being so flexible and understanding with a last minute emergency that required a late check out in very short notice.

We felt it was expensive for 2 nights, as we could not make use of all the rooms. Positive: Stunning apartment - lovely décor and space. Negative: No TV in sitting room - only one TV in the dining area - seating very uncomfortable and unable to relax in the evening.

Absolutely stunning apartment. This place is brand new. They did such an amazing job with this apartment everything is decorated and furnished beautifully and very high end. So many nice little areas to sit and hang out really a great spot. The location is absolutely perfection and so close to everything such an easy walk right to the castle and so many amazing restaurants. You walk out of the apartment and can see parts of the castle down the road. Stunning. Marco is so extremely nice and very responsive and accommodating. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful property, perfect location & great hosts.The property has undergone a well-considered & thoughtful renovation; retaining Georgian period features with a modern touch. It's ideally located (off George st & close to Princes st) & was a wonderful spot from which to enjoy the city. estuvimos muy a gusto en casa de Marco, con quien la comunicación fue siempre fácil y fluida. fuimos sus primeros huéspedes y está todo tan nuevo como se ve en las fotos. Localización inmejorable y facilidades de entrada y de salida. no es de lo que te echa a las 10 am, si no que te da facilidad para quedarte mas tiempo si no tiene nadie detrás para hacer el check in ese dia.
